Congregation Etz Hayim

The congregation approached Ritter Architects in 2007 with the desire to improve their current building situated on Arlington Blvd in the heart of a residential neighborhood.  As part of the program the building's overall energy consumption, a need for more room for their day school and a new lobby space was paramount among more general concerns.

We approached the various program requirements pointedly, in order to address the underlying needs of energy conservation and overall good building performance.
